Meditation is how we access our subconscious healing priorities, which is what will allow you to understand what your body and mind need from you/are trying to communicate right now.
Before you play the meditation, what is your intention? Set an intention going into the meditation.
Examples of an intention:
- I want to feel compassion for myself.
- I want to release my need to control.
- I want to forgive and let go.
After the meditation, when you're in the calm, try asking yourself these questions:
- What do I need right now that I'm not getting?
- What am I not seeing?
- Where are my blocks?
You'll be tapped into your superconsciousness (God consciousness. The Spirit. Universe.) and can get inspired answers.
Last but not least, meditation takes practice because your mind is like a wild horse needing to be trained. If you really want to see a big change, do this meditation daily for a week and notice how your experience of meditation, your mind, and your body changes.
