Join the Voxer Group Chat

Our group chat will be in Voxer (you will love it, it’s like a walkie-talkie and a text messaging app had a baby 😜 You can send written messages or audio ones. Soon, we will organize everyone into smaller pods so you can really get to know your group well. More info on that later.

Pro Voxer Tip: Go to Settings → Audio & Notifications → Toggle on “Tap to Talk”. Now you can just tap the button and talk! No need to hold the button anymore.

Call Types

This is just a little more info to help you orient yourself. If you are experiencing information overload, just subscribe to the calendar and you will see these details with each event to guide you!

Not all live calls are just coaching. Here are the different call types we will have. 

  1. New Member Welcome Ceremony (30-45 mins): These calls are not as often, usually after a larger influx of new members. All together, we celebrate the growth of this community, review the sacred structure and emotional safety aspects of this collective, and we get pumped about and set our intentions for our healing journey. All members are encouraged to attend to re-ignite their passion and fire and share their successes with newer sisters.

  2. "Calm your Body" Q&A + Open Coaching Call (45-60 mins): [HIGHLY recommended for newer members] These are calls that teach you to know when and how to get into your body and out of your head. We focus on Nervous System regulation and education, and root causes such as stored trauma, spiritual misalignment, generational nervous system inheritance, etc. If you know your body wants to release emotion/struggling a lot with anxiety, this is for you.

  3. "Calm your MIND" Call - Q&A + Open coaching (45-60 mins) [HIGHLY recommended for newer members] - These are calls dedicated specifically to thoughts: intrusive thoughts, recurring thoughts or worrisome thoughts that are bothering; this is where we examine and break down thoughts, and learn when to change the thought in your mind, and when you actually just need to calm the body. If you're really in your head all the time, this will be useful to you.

  4. "Calm your LIFE" Call - Q&A plus Open Coaching (45-60 mins): [HIGHLY recommended for advanced/seasoned members] These calls are for more advanced topics that come up deeper in the psyche and the body after the initial work of Calm your Body, Calm your Mind, such as: Complex PTSD, nuances of trauma, more advanced tools for self-regulation, It is also to open up more conversation about women's history and collective trauma and other systemic issues, and how that impacts us postpartum.

  5. Full Moon Circle (30 mins) ~ A body-centered, introspective focus: Full Moon Circle is when we as women and mammas come together to slow down and deeply get in touch with our bodies. There is less talking on this call, more introspection, journal writing, and going inward, facilitated by Lizzie. We will touch on the astrology of the current full moon, its energies, and we will specifically make sure our body is feeling safe, getting her needs met, and that she knows we are listening to her. Intention of the call: to decrease anxiety and help you powerfully center/reconnect to yourself.

  6. Teaching Call (60-80 mins): A teaching call is a postpartum-specific subject that Lizzie will go deep into. The first 20-30 mins are dedicated to a grounding exercise for the group plus her teaching. The call then opens up for questions and coaching. It is like an open coaching call, but with instruction first and topic-focused. 

 

Emergencies

Because of the remote nature of my coaching and support to you, and because I am not a licensed therapist, I am not equipped to handle any medical or physical/emotional emergencies. If you feel scared, or panicked and don't feel safe in any way, remember that you can go to your local hospital's Emergency Room or call the postpartum hotline. (Postpartum International is the organization.) Call the Postpartum International Hotline at 1-800-944-4773. Their info is here. (I’m not anticipating that you will need this, but I do want you to have access to all the support available to you).
