In this podcast, I discuss the often overlooked complexities of postpartum experiences. I want new moms to know that it's okay to feel a mix of emotions – both positive and challenging. I emphasize the importance of validating the difficulties that come with postpartum, including physical recovery, sleep deprivation, and the emotional toll of childbirth.

I also share some upcoming offerings, like coaching services and a group coaching program, while urging honesty about the realities of motherhood. I challenge the idealized notion of blissful motherhood and stress the significance of recognizing oneself as both a mother and an individual with personal needs and challenges.

Drawing from my own experience, including an emergency C-section, I highlight the ongoing shock and grief associated with the physical changes in my body. I conclude by reminding moms to prioritize their well-being and seek support when needed.

In essence, this podcast encourages self-compassion and honesty about the diverse challenges that new mothers may encounter during the postpartum period.
